Philip Morris ČR a.s. is growing its team and looking for a Business & Budgeting Analyst. You will be part of Commercial Operations team, which is responsible for deployment of activities in the market and cooperate very closely with Financial departments (Business Planning & Controlling). You will join a dynamic team in a rapidly evolving environment. This role requires curiosity, drive and the ability to deal with ambiguity. We are offering an opportunity to utilize your financial knowledge/passion and analytical thinking at the very core of business.

Business & Budgeting Analyst

What will be your role?

Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of rolling forecasts in Commercial Operations team (both business performance and budget)Analyze and understand drivers behind actual market performance and variances versus current plan (rolling forecast).Provide regular updates, presentations and analyses to the Commercial Operations Management Team highlighting relevant insights and opportunities (Performance, Budget, various commercial activities)Use multiple data sources and analyze them to draw relevant conclusions and key take-aways to support business decisionsCalculate remuneration / incentives for third-party employees and our customersPrepare and evaluate business cases in close cooperation with business stakeholders and FinancePossibility to participate in cross-functional projects and activities

What are we looking for?

Native Czech / Slovak speaker, comfortable to communicate in English on a daily basisUniversity degree, preferably in EconomicsMin 1 year working full-time or 2 years of part-time (e.g. internships, trainee program etc.) in Finance / Business Planning / Commercial Planning / Data analysisExperience in corporate environment, international company is an advantageStrong analytical skills partnered with data understanding & interpretation and the ability to perform cost / benefit analysisProactive, independent, customer-oriented and team player with a clear drive for resultsPerson with good time management, prioritization skills and attention to detailAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, graphs) and Power Point
