CHANNEL DEPLOYMENT STRATEGY LEAD
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE:
Responsible for omnichannel plan deployment preparation of commercial activities ( programs, campaigns, instructions, trainings )Responsible for gaps identification within top-down plan. Propose activities adjustment/additional activity, align with deployment management and submit proposal to CJ/Development teamAggerating feedbacks from field, identify action steps and follow up on themContribute on top-down projects to secure best possible execution within all channels, aka new product launch, new tools and programs, etc.Contribute into mid and long-term channel strategy – role of channel, deliverables, coverage / proximity
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
College/university degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Business Administration3 years + of professional experience (in commercial/finance department is advantage)Native speaker Czech (Slovak is an option), able to communicate in EnglishGood organizational and project management skillsYou are action-oriented self-starter with strong planning and problem solving skills, able to learn on the jobExcellent communication skills (different department alignment)
