We are currently looking for a Consumer Insight Analyst

The role comprises of managing ad hoc research projects (30%); market research data analytics, including analysis of NPS system data (30%), tracking tools management (20%) and other ad hoc tasks related to market research team agenda.

You will be responsible for Consumer Insights Analytics for Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.


Conduct ad-hoc research studies based on commercial/marketing needs (Collaborate with business partners to articulate business questions, translate business problems into market research objectives, manage projects from the client perspective, deliver results to business)Manage internal tracking tools for Czech Republic and Slovakia (communication with research provider and global project owner about tool/questionnaire updates, regular reporting, root cause ad hoc analysis of historical data)Identifie and implements innovative data solutions to uncover new insights and builds on knowledge about the consumerCooperate on other ad hoc studies led by the European market research team (provides needed local input, translations revision etc.)Analyse feedback from consumers gathered via the NPS system to generate insights for Sales/Marketing teamsConnect NPS feedback with data from other sources to conduct root cause analyses and build hypotheses that feed into actions / further research projects for their respective markets


University degree, educational background with statistics/advanced data analytics/research in social sciences+3 years functional working experience (FMCG preferably or MR agency), experience with consumer insightsSolid experience with quantitative and qualitative market research, statistical/analytical capabilities (solid MS Excel and MS Powerpoint capabilites, ability to ‚read‘ insights from the data)Solid Statistical/analytical and data visualisation capabilities: Power BI, MS Excel, Text analytics; SQL knowledge is a plusEntrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; complex way of thinking that allows alignment of top-down, cross-functional and -market priorities, analyses and insightsLean and agile mind-setAdvanced English (speaking, presenting, writing), fluent Czech/Slovak language
