Our team is responsible for driving Retention and Build Loyalty & Advocacy, by leveraging on data and analytics to understand behavior and personalize engagement with our consumers.
We are currently looking for a CRM Retention & Engagement Lead
Primary goal of this position is to achieve CRM objectives by developing and enhancing the CRM strategy to personalize engagement with our users, as well as by ensuring effectiveness of the digital and direct communication to maximize reach and engagement.
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE:
Design and implement Retention strategy, aligned with multiple streams and stakeholdersLead and work in collaboration with cross functional teams during projects and initiatives to improve Consumer experienceCreate and manage 3rd party agency to deliver all necessary assetsCreate, oversee and manage performance of CRM communicationOwnership for reporting & analysis on all retention tools.Translate consumer insights into effective action plans that will maximize value provided by brand to consumer
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
At least 2 years of experience in CRM and/ or Direct marketing, experience in designing CRM - Consumer automated journeys is desiredAdvanced English speaker, Czech/Slovak language mandatoryIndependent individual contributor and collaborative team playerExcellent communication skills, ability to work with variety of internal and external teamsProject management skills, experience at managing & prioritizing multiple projectsDetail & data oriented, combined with an ability to see the big picture & strategic thinkingCreative thinking, problem solving skills
