We are looking for Digital Project Specialist to join our digital team. Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, do you thrive on daily challenges, and do you enjoy running great campaigns from concept to delivery?

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE:

Daily management of Digital and CRM projects using Jira and Confluence from initial stages through to deliveryReport on project status, workloads and risksManage campaign resources and update key stakeholder on requirementsDetermine deadlines for each stage of ongoing and one off projects and ensure responsible parties respect themEnsure timely communication between relevant teams and departmentsEnsure ticket/brief accuracy and qualityHold regular status meetings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

College/university degree; marketing or business field is advantageAdvanced EnglishMin. 2 years of experience in Digital agency as traffic manager or with Project managementDetail oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environmentSkilled at working under pressureExceptional communication, interpersonal and people management skillsQuick learner with proactive and can do attitude and ability to effective prioritize and multi-taskBroad knowledge of the digital landscape and the latest technologies with a deep understanding of omni-channel processes, engagement and operations.Team-oriented with a positive spirit and attitude as well as passion for sharing and implementation of best practice.
