We are currently looking for a Manager CSC Program Development.
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE?
Long-term acquisiton/conversion/retention strategy development in cooperation with Consumer Journey / Consumer Experience department.Specific CSC Program concept development – from idea to realization( Process, Content,Call flow, retention offer matrix...)Program KPI definition and evaluationResponsibility for system set-up and testingCreate a fruitful partnership with key stakeholders within the PMI organization inside and outside the markets of responsibility to drive alignment, knowledge and know-how sharingManage a team of 2 employees with the objective to coach and develop each team member based on individual needsDevelopment of customer care talent pool: ensure growth of in-house skills and capabilities in Customer care
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Fluent English and Czech/Slovak language skills5+ years solid experience in Customer care / Digital and Cross-functional project management / RetentionOpen-minded with a positive approach and good collaboration with internal and external (agencies) stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skillsConsumer orientedPeople management and talent developmentStrong analytical acumenUniversity degreeExcellent organizational skills; attention to detail; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet aggressive timelines.The ability to work independently, unsupervised, and deliver ongoing results.
