We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Manager, who will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy with the key focus on website, SEO and apps.

Responsibilities:Co-create the comprehensive Digital strategy and roadmap based on the defined strategic company objectivesHandle strategic online initiativesLead digital marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementationEnsure the best-possible user-experience for all customer-facing aspects digital channels: the primary website (IQOS.com), various secondary websites, mobile apps, content managementIdentify and drive improvements in internal and external processes to make delivery of campaigns, content and promotions more effective and efficientIdentify key website metrics that will help in the delivery of business objectives and build the necessary roadmap and formulate the optimization strategy that will help towards the achievement of set KPIsIdentify SEO opportunity and develop a plan for executionPlan and manage the digital budgetMonitor site performance regularly and uncover customer insights that will improve site performance and user experienceMonitor site performance regularly to ensure site is working properly and there are no bugs, closely working with IT and Hub teams to solve problems, if any, in a timely manner.Optimize the website CRO and develop a plan for A/B testing for campaigns, web design, and SEO, explore personalization strategies to improve web performanceEnsure that new creative & technical UX solutions can be leveraged to improve user experience and engagementWork closely with local and global creative agencies to develop the digital contentWork closely with our key internal and external Web Operations partners, regional digital Hubs and commercial leads in identifying new and existing opportunities and business processes that could be optimized and deployedBe the key contact and consultant of the Marketing and Consumer journey teams to team in implementing their requirements and serve as the Digital subject matter expert
Requirements3 years of experience with Digital Marketing ManagementGreat interpersonal and communication skillsStrong planning, prioritization and project management skillsProven work experience as a team leader, strong interpersonal skills, team playerUnderstanding of website metrics and best practicesExperience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketingKnowledge of project management tools as JIRA, Qbranch as an advantageUniversity degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
