Main accountabilities:

Program architecture / governance / PMO:

Coordinate program architecture required to deliver the strategyBe integrated POC/ liaison for global project deployment into marketsAllocate resources and run project prioritisation / PMO / governanceOwn PBO implementation and provide guidance to teams

Project execution / efficiency management:

Lead selected major cross-regional projects; drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead the development of tools/ processes to increase quality of work while mastering all relevant systems

DCE2 Manager:

Facilitate the governance process in the CZ/SK cluster related to the digital capabilities (DCE2 global systems and local systems) to define the comprehensive capability roadmap and enhancement needs determined by the business priorities (top-down) and channel/SME priorities (bottom-up)Consolidate the digital roadmap for the assigned digital platforms with the businessDrive the improvements, enhancements and system stability by engaging with the global and regional stakeholders (live market engagement team, product owners, EU HUB, IT)Manage and coordinate the DCE2 changes by coordinating the SMEs and IT, assess the impact on the business operations and ensure visibility and communication to the market (releases, enhancements, feature activations, major projects) while closely collaborating with IT teamManage, track and optimize the incident management process in the market (Level 1 support team)Track, map and communicate the progress against objectives to keep the market leadership team up-to-date

People Management: Lead and develop key competencies of PMOs by providing guidance and constructive feedback to foster both personal and professional development. Ensure transfer of knowledge in a highly rotating environment.

Strategy: Drive cluster / market strategy development and alignment across functions; identify interdepencies and seek for efficiences cross-markets, Regions, OC

We are looking for someone with the following experience, skill set and mentality:

10+ years work experience with proven track record in Managerial position leading strategy & projects; high preference for strategic consultancy backgroundMasters degree in Finance / Business Economics / Project ManagementHigh performerTop-end strategic problem solving and large scale program delivery skills gained in major transformationsVery strong analytics and numerical problem solving capabilityIdeally spike in commercial (sales and marketing) transformations, digital, go-to-market, commercial partnership development in FMCG but also other consumer services sectorsMix of consulting experience in leading strategy firm and corporate development/ strategy/ line leadership in major corporateHigh gravitas, strong influencer and collaborator
