We’re currently looking for Marketing Lead (CZ, SK, HU)
On a day to day basis you will:Help to develop commercialization plans based on regional and country-specific objective and monitor and drive the business performance of selected RRP portfolio (be its ambassador)Lead development of Commercialization & communication strategies and activations in order to address the needs of the consumer segments, suggest promotions to optimize performance, working in close collaboration with stakeholders in the Market.Cooperate with relevant departments on defining strategies to support awareness, consideration and intent to buy smoke-free products by adult smokersLead and execute NPL (new product launches) from idea generation to go-to-market and post evaluation, as a critical value driver across our organization by bringing news on the market and establish the footprint of across the market.Work with Market intelligence and Insights teams to identify high-potential growth opportunities through on-going analysis of brand performance & consumer needs/trendsLead project teams to deliver KPIs & objectives to best perform and deliver the success of RRP categoryClose collaboration with EU region and global portfolio teamWork with agencies by providing clear scope, briefs, budgets and timeline to ensure the brand identity is successfully translated across all creative work
We are looking for someone with the following experience, skill set and mentality:Minimum Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 5 years experience in the field of FMCG, B2C marketing and/or Brand marketingLanguage: Fluency in EnglishFast learner, curious and thinking out of the boxComing up with own initiative, courage for experimentationAgility and ability to adjust to dynamic market situationAbility to understand and leverage commercial insightsBusiness acumen, strong analytical skills and sense for consumer centricity (ability to interpret data is critical)Team player with good collaboration skillsAbility to lead and provide guidance for projects in a cross-functional teamPresentation skills
