We’re currently looking for

Marketing manager (CZ, SK, HU)

Ideal candidate should be passionate marketer with track record of building brands and brand extensions in new categories with high level of learning ability and ability to respond to changing market dynamics. A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, yet creative and curious and achievement oriented. Leadership skills combined with collaborative spirit and interpersonal skills are also expected.

You will be reporting to Commercialization Manager for the Cluster and will be responsible for a commercialization strategy of devoted RRP portfolio platforms and key strategic projects that will enable to grow IQOS brand and smoke free world. You will work in omnichannel environment, addressing opportunities in consumer journey for different consumer segments in the markets. You will lead a small team and will work in close collaboration with Digital, CRM and other departments.

This role is designed to lead both: globally developed initiatives (to be localized), as well as local developments from scratch (in line with the brand framework) with the expected ratio of 50:50.

You will be expected to quickly excel in understanding of local consumers, their needs and stage in a consumer journey, as well as deep understanding of markets dynamics, company code for responsible marketing practices and market’s different regulations.

We are not looking only for marketing expert but also for a natural leader with a strong business mindset and perspective, experience from other commercial functions is an advantage.

On a day to day basis you will:

Develop commercialization plans based on regional and country-specific objective and monitor and drive the business performance of selected RRP portfolio (be its ambassador)Develop Commercialization & communication strategy and activations in order to address the needs of the consumer segments, suggest promotions to optimize performance, working in close collaboration with stakeholders in the Market.Define strategies to support awareness and consideration and LAS intent to buyLead and execute NPL ( new product launches) from idea generation to go-to-market and post evaluation, as a critical value driver across our organization by bringing news on the market and establish the footprint of across the market.Work with Market intelligence and Insights teams to identify high-potential growth opportunities through on-going analysis of brand performance & consumer needs/trendsCoach and manage team to deliver KPIs & objectives to best perform and deliver the success of RRP categoryClose collaboration with EU region and global portfolio teamWork with agencies by providing clear scope, briefs, budgets and timeline to ensure the brand identity is successfully translated across all creative work

We are looking for someone with the following experience, skill set and mentality:

Master´s degree requiredMinimum 5 years experience in the field of FMCG, B2C marketing and/or Brand marketingLanguage: EnglishFast learner, curious and thinking out of the boxComing up with own initiative, courage for experimentationAgility and ability to adjust to dynamic market placeAbility to understand and leverage commercial insightsStrategic thinker with business acumen, strong analytical skills and sense for consumer centricity (ability to interpret data is critical)Brand builder with fluency in digital marketing and CRMEmotional intelligence, leader with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teamAbility to lead and provide guidance for projects in a cross-functional teamPresentation skills including senior management
