We are currently looking for a PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT & INTERNAL COMMUNICATION LEAD

In this position, as a member of our People & Culture team, you will hence have a mission-critical role to play in helping to develop our people to enable their maximum contribution to the quest that our company has now fully embarked on.

During this unprecedented and ‚once in a lifetime‘ transformation, you will be responsible for co-creating and helping to maintain a positive and productive work culture that puts our customers first, promotes high performance, values innovation and learning, is people-focused and solutions-oriented.

This position is a key contributor to fulfilling the PMI’s smoke-free vision. While helping to keep its spirits high, we will also count on you to help with equipping our internal organization in the Czech Republic with all the skills and knowledge that your colleagues will need to have in order to succeed.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?

Drive people engagement & internal communication activities for CZ market that further enable a fulfillment of our vision of a smoke-free futureSupport people and leadership development related to the culture transformation, change of behaviors, mindset of people, new capability building & sales/competitive readinessAnalyze various data and HR analytics and use them to co-architect the overall local people development and internal communications strategy and planBe responsible of communication and promotion of people development learning solutions and programsWork closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that fit our people engagement needsCreate and publish engaging content and deploy it via available internal channels

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Professional with an experience in communications, employee engagement and people developmentAbility and track record in developing and successfully implementing effective complex internal communication plansExperience with events production and with appealing content creationHands-on approach, strategic thinking, business acumen and customer-orientedSkillset including creativity, relationship building, organizational skills and strong emotional intelligence & empathyEnergetic, self-starter with strong work ethic and excellent track record of successExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (fluent both CZ and EN)Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s desirable
