Purpose of the Role:

We’ve built the world’s most successful tobacco company, with the world’s most popular and iconic brands. Now we’ve made a dramatic decision. We’re building PMI’s future on smoke-free products. We have developed a range of completely new, innovative product platforms. Our dream is to convert every adult smoker that would otherwise continue to smoke, to these smoke-free platforms. In our People Strategy we are set out to maintain high level of engagement and dialogue with a stable eNPS trend, joint employer/employee experiences, in order to build emotional connections. We see Inlusion and Diversity as a key factor for our success. That means we want to create and nurture an inclusive culture with a diverse workforce that is inclusive of different thoughts.

This role plays an important role in shaping and deploying Internal Communications Strategy, provide guidance to the business partners and the business in the area of engagement and deliver on the company wide engagement activities. In cooperation with the I&D Lead, embed inclusion and diversity elements in all communication and engagement activities for our employees.

Main accountabilities:

Manage Internal Communications strategy, define priorities and create yearly activities plansProvide subject matter expertise on the topic of Internal CommunicationIn collaboration with relevant departments, be responsible for planning and delivery of key internal engagement eventsManage communication channels, build capability of employees to use themPlans and delivers key internal engagement events and activities as per the yearly plans.Embeds inclusion and diversity elements in the communication and engagement activities

Profile requirements:

Confident storyteller and communicator both verbally and in writingPositive attitude with a winning mindset and creative mindBe skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationAbility to influence senior stakeholdersProven track record of ability to take ownership and end to end responsibility of the projects within 1 – 6-month timeframesKnow-how and willingness to balance tactical vs. strategic and be able to develop longer term projects while ensuring a diligent follow-up on any short-term tasks.Passion for the areas of Internal communication and People Engagement, building org. culture. Previous experience and knowledge in the area of Internal Communication is highly desiredFluent in English and CzechMin 5 years of work experience with progressively more complex responsibility within Internal Communications, Engagement, Employee Experience, marketing, preferably in a large multinational corporationExperience in fast paced environment with major transformation is a plusBe comfortable in cross-country collaborationExperience in using MS Teams, communication platforms, excellent powerpoint skills
