eVapor & OS Category Specialist

IN THIS ROLE you will be responsible for constant monitoring of growth and profitability of the vaping and nicotine pouches category in the CZ/SK market. You will provide inputs for P&L consolidation and be the guardian of activities such as briefing projects and constantly analyzing the category with proposals how to further develop the category and business.

Regularly provide inputs for the P&L, KPI monitoring, category commercial activities calendar and category budget.Constant market data consolidation (CZ+SK), performance monitoring, analysis, proactive approach including regular field visits.Identify opportunities for category growth and contribute to development of strategic plans to capitalize on them.Create comprehensive briefs for new initiatives and product launches, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Continuously monitor the performance of new initiatives and products, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Understand the consumer landscape, analyzing profiles and behaviors to identify growth opportunities within the category.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

College/University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldProven experience in category management (3 years min.)Experience with business cases solvingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trendsExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesEffective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Consumer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needsEnglish proficiency. Fluent Czech or Slovak is an advantageAdvanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, modelling)
