Specialist of eVapor & OS portfolio

IN THIS ROLE you will be responsible for driving input for portfolio strategy for devices and consumables to address current and future consumer needs across all segments and tier levels. Support eVapor & OS product management incl. new launches, portfolio updates, withdrawals, future product pipeline proposal and co-creation of the portfolio calendar.

Executing the projects submissions following the guidelines. Guarding the submission calendar, maintaining daily contact with Operations team to control the flow of the projects. Securing the collaboration across departments to get all necesarry inputs for the projects, improving the process, etc.

Product artworks / Good To PrintsUser Guides, Safety Warnings and InstructionsAdaptation of global initiativesWithdrawals, NPLs, upgrades, updates"Securing product approvals (Legal, CA). Oversight of Mkg-Legal-CA processes connected to product initiatives.Constant market data consolidation (CZ+SK), performance monitoring, portfolio analysis (SoS%, market potential, etc.), competitive portfolio tracking, proactive approach including regular field visits. Be owner of the eVapor & OS portfolio product categories and supporting Business Inteligence department for data category segmentation.Continuously monitoring the performance of new initiatives and products, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Create comprehensive briefs for new initiatives and product launches, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Understand the consumer landscape, analyzing profiles and behaviors to identify growth opportunities within the eVapor & OS portfolio.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

College/University degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or related fieldProven experience in portfolio / brand / project management (2 years min.)Excellent organizational and project management abilitiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trendsEffective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Consumer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needsEnglish proficiency. Fluent Czech or Slovak is an advantageAdvanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, modelling)
