For our Strategy & Program Delivery (S&PD) team we are currently looking for a S&PD Lead.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE?

As a S&PD lead, you will support the development and execution of strategy through collaborating with partners, performing data collection, analysis and reporting, long range planning and decision making. In additional to the strategy cycle, you will work on key strategic initiatives to identify and validate new business opportunities, realize anticipated benefits or solve problems to bring the organization forward.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

Support Strategy Cycle / Long Range Plan preparationCollect and analyze market data and prepare strategic insightsPerform profitability analysisPrepare ROI calculations to ensure proper budget allocation and use it to drive valuable discussionsSupport in preparation for various Regional/OC presentations (Business reviews, Category market visits etc.)Support of business cases preparation for new product launchesVarious ad-hoc analysis

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

University/College degree, preferably in economics3+ years of professional experience in financial planning & reporting / data analytics / market researchStrong quantitative, analytics and problem-solving capabilitiesAdvanced written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitationGood influencing and stakeholder management skills, able to advise and constructively challenge senior team membersAble to prioritize and work effectively, independently and with a teamCzech/Slovak speaker with fluency in English
