Our team is responsible for support of production to deliver the goods in quality that is requested by our consumer, in line with our internal procedures and legislation.

What will be your role?

Management and development of a motivated and qualified teamPlanning, organizing and controlling all manufacturing quality activitiesEnsuring comprehensive QA support on the shop floorEnsuring that quality requirements are communicated and implemented in productionOrganizing knowledge transfer and training on new processes, requirements, methods or guidelinesEnsure laboratory testing is performed according to current standardsSupport and control the processing of quality deviations and tracking of corrective and preventive measuresResponsible for creating and reviewing QMS documents for his areaSupport improvement initiatives and cross-functional projectsManagement of tools in the Q Pillar and confident use of problem-solving tools (IPS/UPS/…)

What are we looking for?

University degree business Admin, Chemistry, EngineeringAppropriate work experience in a quality and leadership role.Fluent English (everyday communication verbal and written), Czech/SlovakConceptual and analytical way of thinking, independence, detailed oriented, teamworkWillingness to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentMS Office knowledge (Excel - Pivot tables, Advanced formulas)
